During each month, staff members prepare up to 2 traditional Macedonian meals for resident artists at Volkovo Project Space and 2-3 meals per month at the Art House utilizing seasonally harvested fruits and vegetables from Brashnar’s organic gardens. Resident artists also get the opportunity to share a meal representing their culture or one of their favorite dishes with the other resident artists each month.
